New Florida law has it's problems for you if you ride a motorcycle without a helmet.

Last Friday the governor signed into Law HB837. Part of this law states that if you are more than 51% responsible for your injuries, then you will not have a case. As an example, If you are riding a motorcycle without a helmet and you get in an accident having a head injury, then you could be partially at fault.  Please call us if you have any questions at 561-626-6007.
